The work of Artisan Architect Brainerd Jones (1865-1949) will be the topic of a presentation by Mark Parry at the Cloverdale Historical Society on Tuesday October 29th from 7:00-8:00 pm.
The discussion will feature the Vintage Towers a residence of his design currently welcoming guests as a Bed and Breakfast Inn. Other works include the Comstock House. A meticulously preserved First Bay Region Tradition grand home in it’s original 1905 condition. Jones who is considered the man who built Petaluma. With over 11 buildings on the National Register of Historic Places He is perhaps the North Bay’s most note worthy 20th Century architect.
